MATAGUERRE GASTRONOMIE
Here, fast food rhymes with gastronomy: Paul-Octave Barré has combined two modes of catering in an original spirit that allows you to find both gourmet pizzas cooked over a wood fire and catering jars to take away. The experience is quite unique. Garden fresh, Cannibal, Hawaiian, Chavignol... the fifteen or so pizzas with names perfectly adapted to the contents are quite crunchy, in two formats. The jars are also called desires: asparagus soup, duck parmentier, freshly served... delicious from starter to dessert. You can even enjoy a gourmet evening, to learn with the chef and enjoy it all together (Table Mataguerre formula). Once a month, the chef offers workshops (10 people maximum).
