We won't talk about her professional heritage, she lives in the present and works hard to offer authentic and well prepared dishes. The challenge is successful at each service! She knows better than anyone how to cook fresh products to sublimate them in the spirit of the Périgord, and to delight your taste buds. Each ingredient comes from the market or from small local farms that she selects.
