Address in Périgueux serving delicious and inventive fusion dishes, a royal sauerkraut périgourdine.
We are in the epicenter of Périgueux, between Saint-Front Cathedral and the market square. But visitors are not alone in pushing the door, Périgourdins also like to settle in this setting of old stones, with a special mention for the vaulted cellar. Since the entrance, we can't imagine that at all. The red and tobacco decoration warms up the mineral aspect. Cathy and Alain, originally from the North, adopted Périgord after stops in Alsace and the Mediterranean. This allows them to make delicious fusions: mirabelles and foie gras make a really successful combination. They also invented the Trapiflette d'Echourgnac, whose mountain ties can be guessed, but with the cheese of the sisters of the abbey of La Double. The many salads and complete dishes are ideal on sunny days, and you can't get tired of hot dishes like the fabulous Perigord royal sauerkraut. The duo also knows how to get involved in the organization of private events (family, company).
