Restaurant with terrace in Périgueux preparing group meals and a brunch on Saturdays.
In the hotel sphere of the Madeleine Delbrêl diocesan centre, I ask for the restaurant. No need to produce your baptismal certificate to enter and enjoy, from its heights, a magnificent view of Périgueux. The establishment is particularly well suited to group meals, many of whom stay on the site. But individual guests are just as welcome in this bright and very comfortable interior space, modern in its decoration and crockery, dark leather seats, light wall panels with wood and brick bar area, creative even in the toilets with paintings to express themselves. The covered terrace, with a corner with recycled wood furniture, is very coveted in summer, especially for Saturday brunch. The origins of the products are controlled and indicated. The chef Fabien refines all his dishes with, for example, foie gras, onion chutney and honey, a fillet of sea bass and its pepper compote, and a creamy apple and speculoos, coffee is included.
