BISTROT DE LA HALLE
Small bistro in Périgueux offering good products of the market, a board of cold cuts and/or cheeses.
This small bistro in the heart of the Halle du Coderc, is an ideal place to taste very good wines, once your basket is full of good market products. It is now in the hands of Christian Roca, the manager of the cellar A la Vigne in Rue Denfert-Rochereau. The concept is simple, a very well stocked wine list with a beautiful part given to organic and biodynamic wines to be combined with a board of cold meats and/or cheeses, from small to large, there will be something for every appetite, or toasts of country pâtés. And for those who want to stay a little longer, it is possible to have a rib of beef à la plancha for lunch or a brunch (these two formulas are on reservation as well as homemade desserts). Christian's always useful advice makes us discover often rare wines, the menu also offers nice surprises for beers and spirits.
