Chez Fred, the brasserie spirit is seductive! In a warm atmosphere, you'll find a generous menu: foie gras, truffles, scallops, veal kidneys, chocolate mousse in a salad bowl... This is no place for jokes. Dieters beware! We come here to eat among specialists in good food. Here, it's rich, copious, tasty and without fuss. In season, the terrace spreads out at the foot of Saint-Front cathedral. The Saint-Jacques season is a must from October onwards.

Le concept de (bons à très bons) vins en pichet est excellent et les petites attentions (tellement rares aujourd'hui) font mouche.
Les prix très corrects aux vues des portions et prestations participent totalement à l'expérience.
Conseillé par des gens du coin, des prestations maîtrisées à tous les niveaux, à l'opposé de certains "attrape touristes", j'y retourne avec plaisir et envie.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
