Chef Eric Vidal is at the helm with his wife Magali, who greets diners with a warm and friendly welcome. The inventive cuisine, cooked just right and prepared with ultra-fresh, carefully selected produce, is simply divine. The wine list is outstanding. Special mention should be made of the truffle-lacquered calf sweetbread, the eggplant and snail cannelloni and the vacherin with local figs. À la carte is an endless adventure, always renewed with genius! L'Essentiel retains 1 Michelin star.
