Chef Eric Vidal is at the helm with his wife Magali, who greets diners with a warm and friendly welcome. The inventive cuisine, cooked just right and prepared with ultra-fresh, carefully selected produce, is simply divine. The wine list is outstanding. Special mention should be made of the truffle-lacquered calf sweetbread, the eggplant and snail cannelloni and the vacherin with local figs. À la carte is an endless adventure, always renewed with genius! L'Essentiel retains 1 Michelin star.

When the cuisine do has is the top... inventive precise good cooking, beautiful presentations in the dishes, a passionate and chef with talent. Wine list with plenty of choice. The square or us etions placed we had the visual one of the cellar J loved.
We left the restaurant more than happy and we recommend it.
