Gilles Labbé, with his experience in gastronomic restaurants and palaces in Paris, continues his alliance of sea products and local flavors. The location of this establishment in the old streets of the city center allows you to sit in the inner courtyard or in one of the rooms (one of which is private for 40 people) superbly laid out: spaced tables, alternating beige and chocolate, designer chandeliers. A beautiful cellar for maturing meat that allows you to taste very tasty pieces. The wine list is well stocked.

A super small restaurant. Very small capacity but you will immediately. A warm welcome, very intimate atmosphere, fancy decoration, permanent concern of the perfection and sought cuisine in the presentation as in the development of the dishes. The small setting in mouth is delicious and unexpected. The dishes are very tasty and very fine. The combination of flavours is sometimes surprising but always delicious. I would issue a tiny flat on the menu (starter, main course, dessert): the suggestions turn a little buckles some and could be more varied. However, the waiter is adorable and the chef is always ready to change a main course to please. A restaurant that is worth the detour.
