In the center of Périgueux, chef Cyril Haberland and his wife Anne have an impressive track record. The setting is warm and modern, like a sober showcase for the culinary treasures of the Southwest. Producers are handpicked: Dordogne veal, Périgord black truffles, Fouleix parsnips, sturgeon and Perle Noire caviar... True local gourmet cuisine. In fine weather, the terrace is very pleasant. The rich wine cellar offers fine Bergerac wines, as well as Margaux, Pommard, Condrieu and Pomerol.
