With its weekly changing menu and seasonal produce, Au Cocagne is the perfect place to enjoy lunch on the terrace or an aperitif at the end of the day. The cuisine is creative, delicious and varied: breaded soft-boiled egg, cream of cauliflower soup, walnut-crusted saithe... Flavors to delight even the most discerning taste buds! In summer, the terrace is a delight. Thomas, who runs the restaurant, makes it a point of honor to make it a local hub, and regularly organizes concerts, vernissages and DJ sets. Not to be missed!

Open all year round. Tuesday to Saturday 12 noon to 2.30pm; Thursday and Sunday 6pm to 10pm; Friday 6pm to 11pm; Saturday 6pm to 12am. Thursday evening: bar, tartines, mezzes and platters. Menus from €17 to €20. Wine by the glass. Terrace.

Le Cocagne is a bar-restaurant located in Périgueux, on the Place Saint-Louis. In a warm and friendly neighborhood bistro atmosphere, it offers creative, fresh, gourmet and seasonal cuisine. The menu changes every week and offers two choices: starter/main course or main course/dessert and starter/main course/dessert. Vegetarian mezzes and platters are served in the evening. To accompany your dishes, the house offers a wine list of the Dordogne hillsides and a nice selection of draught or bottled Belgian, northern and local beers. Concert evenings, games and exhibitions are regularly organized. A great address for an extraordinary culinary experience!
