Luc has opened the doors of his charming 1930s home to travelers seeking a haven of peace. Nestled on the edge of the prefecture's peaceful park and close to the historic center, the house offers an ideal location. The rooms, located on the2nd floor, are spacious and feature a sleeping area with a large double bed, as well as a sitting area and desk. In-room breakfast includes fresh bread, pastries, fruit juice and homemade jam. The warm, friendly atmosphere makes you feel right at home!

Chambre spacieuse et très agréable. Joliment décorée. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et copieux. Le centre ville de Périgueux est accessible à pied (entre 5 et 10 minutes). Mention particulière pour l'hôte qui est adorable.

Très bon accueil et très belle chambre, aménagée avec goût. Un espace "cuisine" est prévu micro-onde et petit frigo. A 10 mn du cœur historique de Périgueux. Idéalement placé pour se rendre au Centre hospitalier, 5 mn en voiture et 20 bonnes minutes à pied (côte +++ pour s'y rendre)

Emplacement parfait juste à côté du centre-ville ancien. On peut se garer facilement dans la rue. Luc le propriétaire est très sympa et connaît la ville par cœur. Les chambres sont pleines de charme ancien et très calmes. Idéal pour un week-end amoureux comme nous l'avons fait

We were welcomed by Luc and shown to our room on the second floor. It is very nicely decorated and felt like home. It has all conveniences as expected in any good hotel even more. Luc gave us recommendations for nice local restaurants. Center town is a short walk away and we had a great dinner, a late walk in center town and enjoyed a great night sleep in this quiet neighborhood. The quiet part was important to us as some hotels are located near busy streets and we read reviews telling that it could be an issue. A passing motorcycle can definitely ruin a nice sleep. Luc warm hospitality in this chambre d’hôte place is great and warmly recommended
