ISLAND WALKS
Ride on a rabaska, to go back in time and discover the history of Périgueux through the ages.
It all starts with a cocktail reception in front of the Saint-Front Cathedral. The departure by boat is at sunset, when the roofs of the city blaze and make the navigation romantic. The trip is made on board a rabaska, to go back in time and in the current by discovering the history through the different periods: the Gallo-Roman city, the two cities of the Middle Ages, then the Renaissance, the 19th century and the post-war years, at the Barnabé's guinguette... The return to the present takes place by torchlight. Magic!
The Vesunna can embark 15 people. Meet at the quai de l'Isle at the foot of the Saint-Front cathedral between the two bridges. Reservations on the yacht club site, maximum 30 people.
