MEMORY SPACE OF MARCH 31, 1944
Space in the middle of the Black Perigord which looks like an enigma with its appearance of a village from the 50's in Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-Reilhac
In the middle of the Périgord Noir, Rouffignac is an enigma with its appearance of a 1950s village. On March 31, 1944, the Brehmer Division, in search of Jews and resistance fighters, invaded the village before burning it down. It was rebuilt after the war. From now on, this story is told and scenographed in the Memory Space of 31 March 1944. It is an opportunity to hear filmed testimonies and the story of that day from the mouths of the Rouffignac people who were present that day.
