In the summer, the terrace of this hotel-restaurant is very popular. Normal, as it is surrounded by greenery and sheltered under a large awning. In winter, you can settle inside, nice and warm, to forget the cold weather and immerse yourself in the menus or the à la carte menu that changes with the seasons and is always made with local and Aquitaine products. Le Père William - that's the name of the restaurant - offers a traditional cuisine based on local products: pan-fried foie gras escalope with local strawberries, ballotin of foie gras with Monbazillac and fig chutney, fillet of grouper with Noilly Pratt, chocolate profiteroles. Please note that the bread is homemade and that the chef also provides a catering service. The restaurant room is nicely decorated and very bright and the welcome is very warm. The hotel offers comfortable single, double, triple or family rooms, with free wifi and breakfast served in the dining room or in your room. Possibility of half and full board.
