Classified as the Most Beautiful Village in France, Belvès is definitely worth a visit. The Castrum, a small fortified complex overlooking the Nauze valley, was built at the end of the 11th century. You will enjoy discovering the narrow streets lined with old houses, some built on the rampart. You can also see the tower of the Auditor near the old castle transformed into a school in the 19th century, the towers of the Filhols and of the archbishop, and the Place d'Armes with its medieval market hall. And, outside the city, the remarkable Notre-Dame church.
