Les plats sont fidèles à ce qu'on trouve en Espagne, mais en version haut de gamme grâce à la qualité des ingrédients et au talent de la réalisatrice. Expérience mémorable. Je conseille à tous. J'ai en prime été amusé que les clients discutent aussi facilement entre eux devant la camionnette. J'ai l'impression d'avoir rejoint une petite communauté très enthousiaste.

Ça fait plusieurs fois que nous prenons a emporter sur le marché de Saint Astier, les plats sont savoureux, parfois surprenants (moules aux poireaux!). Les madeleines a l'orange sont a tomber....

Délicieux ! Raffiné, goûteux, à tomber à la renverse ces boulettes de poulet aux épices douces, ainsi que les moules aux poireaux ! SVP continuez en outre à préparer ces madeleines espagnoles à l'orange, elles sont sublimes.
