A great idea for a walk: the Chemin de l'Ermite in Saint-Cyprien. Less than 5 km in length, it offers exceptional panoramic views of caves, pechs (the region's characteristic hills), castles and authentic farmhouses. Inspired by the legend of the hermit Cyprien, the route is dotted with explanatory panels. You'll enjoy superb views over the Dordogne valley, Saint-Cyprien and the Château de Fages, which you'll pass after exploring the caves where the hermit is said to have taken refuge.
