LE QUATRE SAISONS
Careful, we are not here at La Ferme du Quatre saisons... The saffron-colored interior warmed up the old stones and the terrace was nicely green: we are away from the hustle and bustle of the medieval city, in the tranquility of the Delpech father and son gourmet restaurant, a 14th-century residence dressed in an elegant design. The market cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons and chef Eric's suggestions are regularly updated on the menu board. For example, we tasted a crispy pork foot with mushroom sauce, followed by a slice of duck breast and a strawberry tiramisu. The veal head with gribiche sauce is delicious.
