It is an address that the Sarladais themselves forget to recommend, and yet we find them there on occasion, sitting on the terrace in front of a beef tartar or caramelized ribs. The salads are generous and many of the products come from local producers. The chef has a talent for making you give in to temptation in front of his delicious crème brûlée or the chocolate mousse that he accompanies with strips of dried fruit. The menu of the day changes according to the moment, if the season is favorable, enjoy the omelet with boletus.
