Under Olivier's management, it's now the largest truffle estate in Périgord, covering 55 hectares. Three beautiful guest rooms offer breathtaking views of the truffle fields, and a table d'hôte meal honors this gastronomic treasure. And for a complete truffle experience, you can take part in cavage sessions during the season, or in the harvest!
