Murielle and Patrice of the Auberge du Pauly in Vanxains serve a cuisine of the earth and the sea, a menu crêperie for lunch and dinner.
The Auberge du Pauly is located on the Ribérac-Saint-Aulaye road. The Etang de la Jemaye (swimming, fishing...) is just a few kilometers from this friendly address. A chef behind the stove creates a cuisine where land and sea are always present: Périgourdine salad, lamb chops, duck breast, for the land. For the sea: potée de la mer with chorizo or galette mouclade-frites. There's even a crêperie menu for lunch and dinner! We give pride of place to Bergerac wines. In summer, we love the terrace and garden.
