Sylvain, the son of a railroad worker, opened the restaurant in the Vélines train station with Isabelle in the summer of 2021, in an industrial setting suggested by the location. The table is generous and gourmet, and the menu is varied, with Perigord and Hispanic dishes on offer. A true gustatory voyage: duck breast, paella, pork chop, Spanish-style mussels... Local products are given pride of place, with as short a circuit as possible. You'll come away from this excursion totally enthusiastic!
