Le canoë pirate has opened a kitchenette on the banks of the Dordogne at Plage de la Malartrie, a stone's throw from La Roque-Gageac, and it's an idyllic spot! It's an idyllic spot where you can recharge your batteries, relax and quench your thirst. The cuisine is surprising, as you'd hardly expect to be able to sample South American dishes such as Moqueca, which uses hake, or Brazilian-style squid and prawns. There are also homemade burgers and themed evenings with concerts or mechouis. It's a great place to come and relax for a long time.
