Denis Bellocq perpetuates a line of six generations of oyster farmers. In a natural and maritime setting, in summer on the terrace or in winter indoors, the view is breathtaking over La Conche de Mimbeau and the Dune du Pilat. One has the impression to be at the end of the world to enjoy very fresh oysters of great quality raised on the south-western part of the Grand Banc in the south of the Ile aux oiseaux, whelks, organic shrimps, terrines, all accompanied by a glass of white or rosé wine.
