Restaurant with terrace serving oysters from the family farm, dishes from the day's catch and artisanal pâté
For a taste of the spirit of the oyster-farming village of L'Herbe, take a seat on the terrace of the Cabane de Cacanio, opposite the Hôtel de la Plage. For 25 years, father and son Serge and Léo Castaing have been welcoming you to the waterside to offer you their catch of the day. Oysters, of course, but also periwinkles, whelks and shrimps. As always (or almost always), artisanal pâté is on the menu. Cabane de Cacanio's pâté is flambéed. The Castaing farm has been a family oyster farm for 4 generations.
