Damien Boulan comes from a true line of oyster farmers. Built by his father, Alain Boulan's hut has almost feet. The garden gives off a magical and authentic atmosphere. The view is unique. Oysters from Cap Ferret or the Banc d'Arguin are excellent (medals at the Concours Général Agricole). As in all the huts, the price is unbeatable, because the product goes from the producer to the consumer. And with this? The buttered bread, a pâté with foie gras and/or a small glass of white wine or the bottle (to be consumed with moderation)?

15 bigorneaux, servi dans un petit verre, vendus 8 euros. Bulots pareil. 1 verre de blanc, 12 petites huitres et un petit pâté… le tout pour 45 euros!!!!
A repas équivalent, l’addition est divisée par 2 dans les établissements concurrents situes à proximité.
J’ai fait la remarque au moment de payer à la responsable qui n’a rien su répondre… évidemment puisqu elle le sait très bien.
Attrape touriste donc.
