Festive restaurant proposing good grills with wood fire in Lège-Cap-Ferret.

The Sail Fish is the festive restaurant of the vacations where you can enjoy good grilled meat over a wood fire. It is the speciality of the house. The place is superb, both elegant and in the spirit of Cap Ferret with a new decor since the summer of 2022 where the chic of an English garden and the charm of a Moroccan riad are mixed. If you come for dinner or a drink, you should know that the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, you may even end the evening dancing at the Sun. The Sail Fish is also a Sail Fish Café open all day.

Étant du coin, je suis cliente régulière du Sail Fish et je n’ai jamais eu de problèmes, en revanche cet été je suis venue à 2 reprises avec plusieurs amies et les deux soirs, nous avons eu des problèmes avec deux jeunes serveuses qui vous poussent volontairement et violemment sans s’excuser et qui en plus de ça se permettent de s’arrêter pour vous parler mal et vous « engueuler » a tout juste 19-20ans… j’ai rarement vu une attitude aussi hautaine et un tel niveau d’insolence, je respecte le personnel de chaque établissement et j’ai été profondément choquée de l’attitude de ses deux jeunes filles… à surveiller.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Essen war ok, aber nicht außerordentlich. Service und Freundlichkeit wären sehr gut. Für die Menge und Qualität des Essens fand ich es zu teuer (Entrecote mit vielen, aber trockenen Pommes und einem grünen Salat 42€). Das Publikum war eher Schickimicki mit Glitzerkleidern wie am Abendball, viel Show und Glamour. Am Eingang mit Türsteher. Für mich zu abgehoben. Einmal sehen ok, dann ist es aber auch gut.
