The restaurant-bar of Grégory Romefort, the Wharf as the guests call it, celebrated its 20 years in 2017… The adventure began many, today there is no longer as an associate only Stéphane Dedieu. The somewhat bizarre name of the establishment was influenced in part by Grégory's grandfather, from Ouarzazate in Morocco.
