This campsite is set in the heart of a vast pine forest. You can choose between pitching your tent, putting up your caravan or motorhome, or renting a mobile home, some with a view over the Arcachon basin. The campsite is built around play areas and a superb supervised pool complex. The pool tickles summer guests on an almost private beach. Bien loin d’un camping 4*
Un bungalow sale qui ne correspond pas à ce que j’ai sélectionné tant au niveau du bungalow que de l’emplacement. Un manque de professionnalisme à l’accueil. Aucune excuses par rapport à l état du bungalow. Des draps loués chers qui sont tachés ou pour une paire pas livrés. Obligée de me débrouiller car en plus le technicien qui doit passer régler qq chose au bungalow ne passera pas comme prévu et l’accueil ferme sans s en soucier..une responsable de l accueil qui me prend de haut et me parle mal plutôt que de s excuser et refuse d offrir le nettoyage départ du bungalow. Une honte !!! On est bien loin du service client attendu dans un 4* ni même dans un camping de base !!plus jamais je ne reviendrai .

Bien mais pas d eau chaude pendant 24h à l arrivée. Et pas de réponse , pas de geste commercial. Alors que ça fait 15 fois qu on
Cela fait 15 fois qu on me demande mon avis et cela fait 15 fois que je dis qu il serait sympa de faire un geste pour la bien ce d eau chaude (douche comprise) la veille d une course!!!! MAIS RIEN NE SE PASSE !!!!! Merci Siblu!
