LE CENTRAL
The Central is located at the mythical place of Paul Uny's Chacouette. In the image of its creator, gone in eternity, this bar remains a place of meetings and sharing, throughout the day: people come to drink the morning coffee, read the daily press, have breakfast, lunch, snacks, drink an aperitif and finish the evening with a convivial dinner with friends in a brasserie atmosphere. Chef Arthur Lecocq and his team work hard every day to prepare a slate of fresh produce inspired by French bistro cuisine. The decoration is both elegant and daring at the same time. The terrace is a nice addition
