FREDELIAN
Since 1939, the Maison Frédélian has been entertaining the inhabitants of Lège-Cap Ferret until it became a real institution. On the Boulevard de la plage du Cap-Ferret, you will find here all the little sweets, to be tasted on the spot in the tea room, or to take away. Pastry, bakery, ice-cream parlour, you will find among the specialities the famous canelés, macaroons, financiers, "Brindilles du Bassin", florentines and a tasty "puis d'amour" (cabbage dough, light cream and vanilla bean) or an "Ile aux Oiseaux", but also pancakes and waffles, and very good ice-creams. You can enjoy a superb breakfast in the morning, then lunch where salads and generous sandwiches are à la carte, and until the after-beach hour when you take a gourmet break before bringing back a few pastries for an evening with family or friends.
