Sustainable fishing, selection of abundant species, local supply, artisanal know-how, gourmet recipes... What a treat! Fumette is the result of the reconversion of a marketing manager, Bénédicte Baggio, and a sales manager, Julien Marcotte. And here they are, local fish smokers! Better still, this Rochelaise and Breton man have founded the first artisanal fish smoker in the Arcachon Basin. It is so promising that in 2021, they were rewarded by the 17th edition of the Challenge DEBA (Business Clubs).
