Here, buy oysters direct to take away: Cap Ferret oysters bred on the shores of the Presqu'île, Banc d'Arguin oysters bred at the ocean's edge in deep water... With a higher meat content, the special oysters, matured in "balancelles" bags, won a silver medal at the Concours Général de Paris 2019.
