La Grave has been part of the holdings of Jean-François Orosquette's family since 1978, and the vineyard is mainly located in the territory of AOC Minervois. In the family, they practice reasoned cultivation but they refuse any labelling, just to remain independent in their choices: a clear and thoughtful refusal to get into the straitjackets. This does not prevent them from innovating. As proof, the "O Marie" cuvée, a limited production but has already been awarded, where grenache dominates and syrah underlines. The "Privilège" range, with an explosive and warm nose, with scents of cherry with alcohol, spices, vanilla, jammy red fruits, cocoa, and violet, is available in red and white, and "Tristan and Julien", bottled in spring, is to be drunk quickly, and is a summer wine that will deliciously accompany your grilled meats. When it comes to "Expression", the range is available in all colours - red, rosé, and white. Regularly award-winning wines that are found in specialised journals, and will delight the most discerning taste buds of those who love wines.
