At the exit of Bize-Minervois on a pretty narrow road surrounded by scrubland, you will find this small artisanal exploitation. As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed by the chickens and the pig of the sheepfold! Young and old alike will not want to miss the milking of the goats, every day from 5 pm, a moment both fun and fascinating. Afterwards, stop by the store; Master Fox has fallen in love with the Ecu du pays cathare and the Caprichon, a soft goat cheese. A pleasant and greedy visit to share with your family.

Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß bei der Chèvrerie! Wir konnten die kleinen Zicklein streicheln und uns das Gelände frei anschauen. Es war auch interessant zu sehen wie die Ziegen gemolken werden.
Die Verkäuferin im Laden war auch sehr sehr lieb und der Käse ist super lecker! Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall wenn man Tiere und Käse mag :)

Très bon accueil du laboratoire et vente.
Les fromages sont très bons et à un prix très attractif.
Nous pouvons pénétrer dans la salle de traite et voir toutes les chèvres.
Il y a également un cochon, des poules et des chiens !!!
