Château Capendu is located at the foot of Alaric historical mountain. It is a large vineyard, more than 125 hectares where we cultivate, on a diversity of unique soils, a series of varieties that make it possible to develop wines with different traits. It is found in the foreground, Grenache, Cinsault, Thyme and Syrah, but also varieties that are now described as international varieties. The wine is made of 35% Sauvignon and 65% Chardonnay, and it is definitely the Chardonnay that prevails in the dress, nose, and mouth.
