This fine grocery store is an essential address for lovers of good meat! The boss is a Basque pig breeder and goats at Mas de Cours, on his farm in La Lauquette. He is preparing his charcuterie in the atelier de La Ripaille, and from spring he also offers cheese from his goats. But you will also find here the best local products such as honey, biscuits, fruit juices, oils or lucky olives, as well as wines from Audois soils… and many other good things still. Gourmets will delight in the restaurant area, or serve excellent regional cuisine of excellent quality every midday from Tuesday to Saturday.
