Proud to present you the fruit of the labour, passion and know-how of craftsmen who succeed in sublimating the terroirs of Occitania, these productions occupy a place of choice within the shop. Terres d'Oc is a real place of discovery for the senses. Through tastings in the dining room, or on the terrace at the foot of the ramparts, you will get to know the liqueurs of the age-old Maison Cabanel, amazing jams, exotic vinegars and many other discoveries. History will also be in the spotlight with the Meads, Moretum and Hypocras from the Cardona estate, which will accompany you on a gustative journey of more than 6,000 years! Honeys and other sweet delicacies, olive oils, spice-flavoured vinegars, cassoulet and fine pâtés, Gruissan salt, everything here will "titillate" your taste buds! A pretty range of Occitan products further enriches the choice offered by Terres d'Oc, where each shelf is a tribute to the department's gastronomy, to be discovered without sulking your pleasure!
