Following on from the success of their Cartouche cellar in Leucate, Arnaud Granel and Jean Baptiste Bru have taken Dame Jeanne, located on the Place du Château in the heart of the town, by storm. Here you'll find a delicatessen with a hundred or so references of wines and spirits, often organic, sometimes natural, as well as local produce and crafts. Cassoles de la Poterie Not, Zouave knives, La Verte de Carcassonne (the new crème de menthe). Gourmet nibbles available on site (or to take away), accompanied by a glass of local wine.
