At Le Trivalou, owner and chef Cyril understands that cassoulet has to be exportable. If you're in Carcassonne or just passing through, we urge you to come and taste it on-site, with the medieval city just around the corner. It's made to the highest standards and is entirely homemade, right down to the duck breasts, which Cyril confits on the spot. Please note that everything you eat in this restaurant is homemade. If you prefer to eat your cassoulet at home with friends or family, you can place your order via their website. In addition to cassoulet, Trivalou's foie gras is also available to take away. Delivery should soon be available throughout France, but that's for later...to be continued.

Pequeño y acogedor a los pies de la muralla de la Cité. A destacar la cassoulet de pato. Tremendo. Lo demás también muy rico. Presentación mimada. Personal atento. El chef habla inglés. Fantástico.

Nous y étions le soir du Nouvel An, nous étions 10 personnes et la vérité est que nous étions tous super heureux. Tous les plats qu'ils nous ont servis étaient très bons. Plus précisément, j'ai commandé le steak avec de la purée de pommes de terre et c'était l'un des meilleurs que j'ai jamais mangé. Le cassoulet était délicieux aussi. Le prix était abordable, nous avons dépensé 40 euros par personne et nous ne nous sommes privés de rien. Un merci particulier à la serveuse, car même si nous ne parlions pas français et elle ne parlait pas espagnol, elle a essayé de nous comprendre à tout moment et a été très agréable dès la 1ère minute. Si nous revenons à Carcassonne, nous reviendrons certainement répéter.

Ambiance très familière. Les propriétaires étaient des gens adorables, ils nous ont accueillis de manière merveilleuse et nous avons beaucoup discuté avec eux de différentes villes du monde.
Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.
