L'Hôtel du Pont Vieux is not only a charming hotel, ideally located for enjoying the wonders of the medieval city of Carcassonne. It is also committed to promoting good regional products, and has a grocery corner. This is where you'll find Catherine's wonderful jams, under the name "Confitures de la cité". While the packaging is elegant, don't hesitate to remove the lid to taste them: salted butter caramel, apple jelly with spices, kiwi from Cuxac d'Aude... with a steady stream of new flavours.

Very good service and excellent location. Comfortable rooms with (at least our) outstanding view of Carcassone Citè. Just a note: room 20 (our room, triple) has a drawback that is the heat pump on the small common balcony, noisy during night.
