Séverine and Gilles Contrepois have been working on a magnificent schist terroir exclusively on hillsides for the past ten years. They have chosen organic farming and, without a doubt, with good reason. Recently, the couple broke away from the Fitou, Corbières and Rivesaltes appellations to label their wines "vin de France" in order to obtain more creative and ethical freedom. Ingenuity allows to create wines that are different because they are fine, fresh, elegant, complex, harmonious. They are the reflection of the terroir.

Comblés par notre week-end dans votre demeure, bienveillance, service, chambre magnifique, cadre magique, servi comme des rois au petit déjeuner, vins délicieux et authentiques , vraiment nous n'avons pas assez de mots pour définir notre bien être chez vous, alors juste un immense merci et à très bientôt.

On a passé 2 nuits dans ce domaine très sympathique avec des hôtes vraiment charmants !! Les explications et la dégustation de vin avec le propriétaire était top merci beaucoup pour ce moment loin des tumultes du quotidien

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au domaine, et nous avons adoré la bâtisse d'un autre temps, la gentillesse de nos hôtes, la dégustation du vin bio et l'excellent petit déjeuner avec produits locaux.
