Les Maîtres Vignerons du Paradis are located on Haut-Fitou and include four villages: Cascastel, Fraisse, Saint-Jean-du-Barrou and Villesèque. Several appellations are proposed by the 150 winegrowers: corbières, fitou of course, but also rivesaltes and muscat de Rivesaltes. Since last year, you can enjoy a light Muscat, with a percentage of 11% alcohol and low sugar. His name: The Divin Plaisir. Let us quote the three gold medals 2013:. Fitou Expression de Schistes 2011, Fitou F de Cascastel 2011 and Corbières Héritage de Bonnafous rouge 2011.

Personnellement j'ai été déçu par les vins achetés sur place. A part le Rivesaltes hors d'âge qui est excellent.

Une rescapée du millésime1989 ce midi et qui m'a malgré tout étonné par sa "cuisse" ! Vu son âge la cuisse, certes, est un peu fripée, mais tout de même ????...
En tout cas, le liège lui a préféré plonger ???? pour éviter le tire-bouchon... Et grâce à lui, les anges ???? n'ont pas eu leur part.
Un conseil, n'attendez pas 34 ans pour le déguster !
