Je suis allé au restaurant de l'hôtel pour y déguster un excellent cassoulet. Service agréable. Personnel accueillant. Une très bonne adresse pour le cassoulet sur Castelnaudary.

Déçu par l'accueil, le cassoulet ne vaut pas le détour.

Arrivée en péniche. Nous nous sommes fait recommander un Resto par les locaux pour ne pas tomber dans un piège à touristes. Cassoulet qui nous a reconcilié avec celui gouté à Carcassonne et un risotto très bon. Frites maison. le service assuré par Bruno est pro, sympa et plein d humour.
