Ô DE MILA
The strength of small French breweries lies mainly in their deep regional roots and the enhancement of the richness of their terroir. O de Mila is no exception, exploiting sweet potatoes and sorghum grown in the south of France. Linked by African memories and a common passion for beer, Michel and Guillaume, both agronomists, have joined their talents in this adventure that took root in Castelnaudary. 100% natural, gluten-free and GMO-free, Mila's O de Mila beer is brewed using the traditional East African techniques that Michel learned from his childhood in Rwanda's sorghum fields. This practice, combined with the two men's advanced French technological knowledge, produces a fine and authentic lager with an original composition.
