La Belle Chaurienne is aptly named. Established since 1964 in Castelnaudary, it is the main spearhead of the local gastronomic know-how. In addition to its famous cassoulet, the company has developed various recipes that showcase local cuisine. The ingredients for its preserves (duck confits, foie gras, pâtés, rillettes...) are 100% natural and carefully selected. Je rectifie mon avis la tartiflette est totalement dégueulasse en terme de gout sinon les boulettes au riz ne sont pas trop mauvais même si la qualité des boulettes reste douteuse

Je prend couramment le plat saucisse à l'ancienne label rouge et petits poids carottes , très bon mais bien trop salé. Vous pouvez diminuer la dose de sel. Merci

J ai acheté la joue de porc ,pommes de terres salardaises.une fine rondelle de joue de pour,pour 15 grosses rondelles de pommes de terres,puis purée saucisse,la purée était marron,malgré la date de consommation.desole.service sanitaire.de plue leur service consommateurs n existe pas.
