This area is located on a land of clay limestone-calcaires soil (no shale but sandstone) but is only practical harvesting between 15 September and 10 October. The range consists of a white wine, a rosé wine and six reds, all in AOP. Among the most notable are the History Times (old Carignan vines), in Sol Maggiore (beautiful assembly of Grenache and Syrah) and the Grand Arc reserve where a tip of Mourvèdre spices the Carignan-Grenache assemblage.

La Cuvée des Quarante est fameuse ! Nous sommes rentrés dans le magasin par hasard un lundi malgré le fait que le magasin est normalement fermé ce jour la. Super accueil par le propriétaire. En plus un vin BIO! Top adresse.
