Created in 1937, on the initiative of the producers of Fleury and Salles d'Aude, the cooperative cellar of La Vendémiaire counts today 185 members. Together, they produce nearly 70,000 hectoliters per year! A reference in the south of France, the independent winery offers a wide range of red, white and rosé wines. Some of them have made a place for themselves on the shelves of the general public, notably the vintages l'Insulaire, Anne de Rouch, La Garrigues red-rosé-white and Les Arbres Blanc. Their credo? "An art of living to share".

Accueil très sympathique. On y trouve qq vins de la clape, dont un "petit" rosé, simple et très honnête qui est parfait avec des grillades. Deux très bons vins rouges également et pour les amateurs un "cubi" de muscat du Minervois à tomber à un prix très raisonnable. Une bonne adresse même si le choix est limité !

Pas accueillante juger par nôtre habillement nos casquette de région Basque Bretagne (comme par exemple Vous me dérangez allé ailleurs merci j'ai d'autres clients que vous les pl...cs) Merci au personnel de la mairie qui nous a diriger vers la coopérative de Salle d'Aude
