Domaine de Couchalou is a winery located in Fontjoncouse, at the gateway to the Hautes Corbières. With its 12 hectares of vines and 2 hectares of olive trees, the estate works with respect for nature and mankind. Perched at an altitude of 270 metres, the estate can be reached via beautiful limestone gorges and winding roads. Aridity and violent storms contrast with vegetation that expresses the force of the wind. Domaine de Couchalou is a little corner of paradise for wine lovers.
